The Shared Services Program (Program) is one of the initiatives focused on improving the efficiency and sustainability of common corporate services. The Program aims to ensure the APS is better positioned to respond to the challenges of a rapidly changing environment and tight fiscal circumstances.
The SDO is an organisational unit within the Department of Finance. The SDO’s internal governance arrangements are designed to enable effective strategic planning, decision making, risk and control management and optimise operational performance.
The SDO provides corporate transactional and technical services to clients. These services include: pay & conditions, payroll administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, international travel, credit cards and HUB (SAP) solution.
