Human resource services

Human resource (HR) services comprising business services that support a broad range of management and administration including pay and conditions and human resource data. These services are largely transactional in nature, and grouped under the following level two services:

Pay and Conditions

This service manages pay and conditions ensuring employees’ pay and associated entitlements are provided in accordance with the client's enterprise agreements, HR policies and relevant legislation. It includes administration of salaries, allowances, leave, working agreements, superannuation, taxation, salary packaging, compensation/non-compensation processing and HR employee master data.

Payroll Administration

The service manages and administers fortnightly payroll payment processing and remittance of files to banks, superannuation funds, and Australian Taxation Office (ATO) and salary sacrifice providers. The service includes technical system support and advice to establish customer organisation structures. The service undertakes year-end activities including generation of payment summaries and ATO files and the processing of salary advances.
